Lost and Found and Damages:
Please know that Premier Transportation is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
Please make sure to check your vehicle before exiting and collecting all your personal belongings. Feel free to contact us at 435.640.3144 if you believe you have left something behind.
The responsibility of the company for lost baggage, damage to baggage or other personal property, delays to passengers resulting in missed flights, disruption of travel arrangements and/or assessment of additional costs or penalties, and for any and all consequential or special damages or extra expense of any kind is limited to $200.00 per passenger.
Passengers will be charged for excess wear and tear, soiling, abuse, excessive cleaning requirements or other damage caused by passengers to the company’s vehicles.
